Welcome to 1x Basketball Insight Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and 1x Basketball Insight Center ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1x Basketball Insight Center is a basketball analytics application that provides:

  • AI-powered game predictions and win probability calculations
  • Team and player statistics and performance analysis
  • Game schedules and league information
  • Pick slip builder for tracking predictions
  • Streak tracking and achievement features

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not facilitate, encourage, or enable gambling activities.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PREDICTIONS AND ANALYTICS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 1x Basketball Insight Center SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from any content obtained from the Service
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1x Basketball Insight Center and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
